Teen Cooking: The Sioux Chef's Fried Wild Rice In-Person

Teens are invited to join us once a month to learn how to cook a new recipe! This month we'll celebrate Native American Heritage Month by making fried wild rice with seasonal vegetables and seeds from a recipe by award-winning chef and advocate for indigenous cuisine Sean Sherman, also known as the Sioux Chef. Cooking classes are open to grades 6-12, and attendance is limited to the first 15 students to arrive.
