Partnership for Maternal and Child Health In-Person

A Community Health Worker from Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey with be in the 1st floor lobby distributing informational handouts, flyers, a sign-in sheet, and referrals (for those who want to join the program). The services will be available to help people in the community receive the education, resources, and referrals they need. This services is free of charge. 

The mission at the Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey is to change the paradigm in maternal health by amplifying, supporting, and empowering our communities.
