Pathway of hope (Information Session on Available Services) In-Person

Overview of Pathway of Hope

Pathway of Hope is a nationwide Salvation Army program grounded in an intensive case management approach, designed to support families—specifically those with at least one child under the age of 18—who are ready to take proactive steps to break the cycle of crisis and inter-generational poverty.

Goals:

  • Increase family stability
  • Promote self-sufficiency
  • Utilize community collaboration

The program is best suited for families with multi-generational households who are committed to building stability through regular case management meetings and sustained efforts toward goals related to:

  • Employment
  • Education
  • Housing stability
  • Financial well-being

By walking alongside families in their journey, Pathway of Hope creates pathways to independence and lasting change.
