Join special guest instructor Ellen Lumpkin Brown, who will introduce you to a variety of patchwork techniques originating in Africa! You'll then have the opportunity to learn how to incorporate these techniques into basic mending and clothing repairs. Don't know how to use a sewing needle? Don't worry about it! Ms. Brown will teach you everything you need to know.
This program is for teens in grades 8-12. Attendance is limited to the first ten students to arrive.
