Teen Activity: Bad Poetry Contest In-Person

Celebrate National Poetry Month by writing a terrible poem! Teens will have fifteen minutes to compose the worst poetry they can come up with, which they will then recite for their fellow participants. Everyone will vote on whose poem is the most atrocious, and the winner gets a prize! We have only two rules: No profanity and no scatological references. This program is open to teens in grades 8-12.
