Community Garden Cooking: Tortellini with Brown Butter & Crispy Sage In-Person

Learn how to make a simple yet elegant dish of tortellini -- a traditional Italian cheese-stuffed pasta -- mixed with freshly harvested sage from our community garden that has been cooked until crisp in a rich brown butter sauce! Please note that this recipe contains gluten and dairy.

This program is open to students entering kindergarten through 12th grade; children under the age of ten must be accompanied by a chaperone, as per library policy. Attendance is limited to the first 12 children and teens to arrive.
