DESCRIPTION:Teens are invited to join us once a month to learn how to cook 
 a new recipe! This month we'll celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by making 
 Puerto Rico's national dish\, arroz con gandules -- a delicious mixture of 
 spiced rice\, pigeon peas\, sofrito\, and olives. Cooking classes are open 
 to grades 6-12\, and attendance is limited to the first 15 students to 
 arrive.
