 referrals (for those who want to join the program). The services will be 
 available to help people in the community receive the education\, 
 resources\, and referrals they need. This services is free of charge. 
 \n\nThe mission at the Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of 
 Northern New Jersey is to change the paradigm in maternal health by 
 amplifying\, supporting\, and empowering our communities. \n\n \n\n
